Bad Pixels / Bad Software or Both??

Post by PSPGuy »

I picked up a PSP, and the first thing I did was run the DP Checker (I also checked out the WIFI). Everything looks ok. On all colors I don't see any dead pixels. But I have a problem. It seems tha sometimes when I'm playing Untold Legends, (my only game so far), I'll see stray white pixels. This happens when my character is moving and stationary. It's a little annoying, but not too bad. Is this a sign of bad pixels, dead pixels or bad software? Thanks

dead pixels are permanently on, and not just flickering on and off.

Unfortunately it sounds like what you have is a case of the dreaded "wraith" pixels. Not entirely dead, not alive, but something freakishly in between.

That's cool, just equip Tarnished Amulet of Drundix (+50% damage vs undead) and you're sorted.

Ugh, I thought we trashed that technology years ago.
