Need help with BlackRhino USB install

Post by dwegiel »

I am trying to install the BlackRhino distro on my PS2 with Mega Man's Kernelloader. I have done it successfully by following his instructions for the internal HDD. Now my HDD is blown, and I don't want another one. I'd rather use a flash drive. I am a noob to linux, so please write everything step by step for me. I have also tried searching the forums, however i only understand around 20% of what is written in those threads. Now for some questions:

1) Is 1GB enough for a full install? If not, please tell me the minimal space needed.
2) Can I use DHCP?
3) Do USB hubs work?

That's all for now. To anyone that helps me, thanks!

Missing option: "How is this related to the PS2 Development?"

Well, I see many people post topics of similar nature. If you won't help then don't post. There is also no other section for PS2 other than this.

EDIT: Removed the freaking poll....

post the question at psx-scene in homebrew

since Megaman's loader is homebrew you can always post a question at the psx-scene homebrew forum. I'll try to answer you there
