Hi,

Read the news:

"We at PS3News.com asked Santa for a PS3 Test, and he delivered, albeit a bit late.

It is a special unit, it runs unsigned code, and can do loads of debugging.

Just today we have learned alot, including the Blu-Ray drives transparent encryption, and even dumped a majority of the flash and HDD from inside the unit (Unencrypted!)"

Maybe this fact will speed up PS3 understanding and some homebrew :)

We don't discuss official devhardware here..... Somebody has broken some contract for them to have that hardware and release info.... Or worse actually stolen a kit from somwhere..... eitherway they're not licensed to use it....
