Update List?

Has anyone managed to find the site that the Ps3 uses to check for Updates. I know the http://fj01.psp.update.playstation.org/ ... telist.txt, but I can not manage to find the Playstation 3 one anywhere. I am guessing they changed the name of the file to something else, but still no luck.
