Playstation Eye Drivers

Hello. I was looking around on the forums and saw that someone made drivers for the eye but i wasnt sure about how or what OS to use them on. I was wondering if there are any drivers for windows xp 32bit? Or anything that i can do to get a video stream or say i wanted to use it as a webcam or record a video with audio. Is there any way of that?
