Correct Build Order PSPlibraries

i have the psplibraries script but all the entire svn.ps2dev.org/psp has been checked out and i would like to install libraires by hand plug psplibraries fails so what is the correct build order so that i may be able to install them correctly

Look at the script, it's all in there.
