SDL_config port to the psp

also why dont you guys add this and SDL_draw along with the other libraries i ported to the svn that way if something happens to my site people will have them

Now THIS library looks like it could be handy. :)

Actually, the one SDL lib some folks are waiting to see converted is SDL_Net.

lol i'll get it done in a sec cause i got it installed in my dev already
