Possible 2.01 downgrade?

Post by Sonicadvance1 »

As you know. the only thing changed in 2.01 is that they fixed the tif exploit.

Wouldn't it be possible with the GTA savedata exploit, to change the version back down to 1.0 and downgrade with the 1.5 update?

Seems liable to work since nothing was changed.

99% chance it wouldn't work with 2.5 or 2.6 :D

No, read the thread about the savedata exploit, there is no access to flash from GTA (or any other UMD game in post-1.52 firmware, as far as I'm aware).
Got a v2.0-v2.80 firmware PSP? Download the eLoader here to run homebrew on it!

Please refrain from posting random "Wouldn't it be (cool, possible, doable)" theories in the future. We worked hard in 2005 to kill that noise. Happy New Year!
