HELP!! Can Not Update Toolchain Script!

When I get to the point in setting up my dev enviroment [execute the updated script by typing "./toolchain.sh"] and then hit enter it never seems to connect it just presents the folloeing line and then retrys:

Error in server greeting.
Retrying.

From there it just repeats over an over and will not connect!

You can not know how much your help on this problem is appreciated!!!
