[PS2] libmikmod port

For those still interested by the PS2, i just commited a port of libmikmod.

Additionnaly to the regular version, the PS2 comes with custom mmio functions that load first the file to be played into a buffer, allowing to increase I/O performances a lot on the decoding phase, specially when loading a file through host (as it avoid fgetc usage).

Also, this was the last major missing element for the PS2 LuaPlayer, as now all basic elements are up&running :)
