I don't know if you are already aware of it, but in the past weeks ps2dev.org is often not reachable for longer times (sometimes several hours).

Yes. I'm aware of the issue. The only thing I can do at the moment is restart apache when I see it is down. I am planing an upgrade in the near future. Hopefully it will fix the issue.
