new guy here...

Post by JuddMan »

Hi. just joined up, downloaded the PS2Dev kit thing... got PS2Link setup with Xlink... ran some demos, and am very impressed with ps2link. I know some C, not a lot, but am very experienced in java. so i'm planning on just playing around a bit, following the tutorials and then maybe doing something slightly useful myself.

currently on Windows. just have to ask... is there anything that simply can not be done without some form of unix? (i mean just the basics here... not advanced stuff for the moment)

edit: i've noticed that the PS2DEV tutorials are down...?

i have about 3 or 4 C development environments all piled onto my windows PC at the moment through various projects which is causing all sorts of trouble. i guess it's about time i reinstall windows...
