For those of us which are less educated (and I'm a Mac User) would it be possible tanweeho for you to post the latest EBOOT? Or a link to it? I would love to see if there is a speed increase on some of my favorite games. This is one of my favorite emulators as these old DOS games bring back great me...

I also have to express how absolutely pleased I am to come here and see updates CrazyC. For the people that had a 386 and the countless hours we spent playing old adventure games, the ability to play these on the PSP never ceases to amaze. I believe we also understand that everyone has real world re...

*RANT OF PRAISE* I mainly use Dosbox in all of its forms (PC, MAC, PSP) to play Sierra's Old Graphic Adventure games. Games like King's Quest, Quest for Glory, Space Quest. I haven't gotten a chance to even use 0.71 on my PC or MAC yet. But this weekend I had the pleasure of firing up 0.71 on my PSP...

Sweet!!! Nice work CrazyC! Keep it going!!!! I'm at work and can't test. And 0.71!!!! I haven't even dl'd that for my pc! I do want to echo the request that dos navigator is made to work again. That makes the port alot more "user friendly" so to say. Two Questions if someone will answer: H...

Whoa, CrazyC what is this? Is this a port of 0.70 I assume? Also if I'm reading correctly there is some sort of dynamic recompilation? Does this mean your going to just work on the 0.70 build from now on? I'm all for it! What are your own experiences with it? Faster speed in some games? Anyway whate...

That makes sense. I used to LOVE all those Dragon's Lair type games that the Sega CD had! Time Gal, Space Ace, and Double Switch! Those games rocked! What shocks me is that besides the CD support for current PC Engine/TurboGrafx emulators, and NJ's NeoGeo CD emulator. The PSP has very few CD based E...

Sega/Mega CD on PSP

How much more complex is the Sega/Mega CD to add to current Genesis/Megadrive emulators? I had one when I was younger and loved it, anyone with any knowledge of why this hasn't popped up for the PSP yet?

CrazyC, Take all the time you need, also I dont know if you know this or not but you should check sites like psp-hacks.com, dcemu.co.uk, and pspupdates.com to name a few if you havent. They have all posted the eboots of your version of dosbox, and all the comments are extremely positive of what your...

What "little tricks" are you editing into the config file to make dosbox run a little quicker? I currently am running frameskip at 1 with sound on, and besides the sound being a little hiccupy on game it runs pretty damn well. Also CrazyC is this about as fast as its going to get? Is there...

I've damn near completed Quest For Glory 1 VGA. It is absolutely a dream come true to play this thing on the go, and the sound doesn't seem to be skipping as bad as previous releases. CrazyC, how is the optimizing going? An update on how things are looking? Hope all is well. Alone in the Dark is wor...

I'm pretty sure from what I've read 0.70 uses more ram than 0.60 so thats probably why he chose to port 0.60.

CrazyC,
Are the above settings the "sweetspot" for all games, or just the game that that poster mentioned? I would love to know the best .conf for most games, cycles, etc.

CrazyC, Just a question to you, what features would you like to impliment on your emu in the future? I was away for the weekend and I have to tell you playing DOSBox on the go was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I assume you want to speed it up, I personally think compatibillity is incedible right now! What ...

100k, I've downloaded his binaries renamed them as EBOOT.PBP and put that same file in both the Dosbox_psp folder and the dosbox_psp% folder, all I get is corrupted data, under my Game menu. Am I doing something wrong? Also 100k would you mind sharing your .conf file? if Im allowed to ask for it? if...

Sweet! Thanks 100k, I'm actually at work right now, so I'll impliment that file when I get home. I have 1 more request though, can you walk me through how to compile CrazyC's binary's that he updates? Now that he is working on the project somewhat regularly I would love to be able to compile the lat...

CrazyC, I would like to thank you. Playing Quest for Glory 1 VGA by Sierra on my PSP is an absolute dream come true! I really cannot thank you enough. This is AMAZING! Couple of questions to anyone, maybe some insight to a "noobie" (me) I have been in the PSP emu scene from the start and c...
