Thanks a lot. Maybe I'd better change to the PS2 Link. But should I buy a new slim ps2? If you buy a new PS2 it should work with PS2Link as well. But there is no forcing reason to do it. The old one will suffice. I mean is it work? if I just add the network adapter into my old big ps2 PS2Link works...

Hi, I am in the designing stage of one project. I want to diagnose a PC from a remote location when the PC is in OFF state. So the BIOS POST result should be accessed. 1) USB device cant be used as it will be violating USB 2.0 spec. and BIOS should be modified which is a risky process 2)PCI card ca...

hi, thnx for the reply. I got the EE part compiled :) (it didn't complain at least, didn't check if there are missing symboles ... ) Even so, you still can't make any real changes to the lib without full control over the IOP part too. I have an usb port on my ps2 but when i plug the usb in the ps2 doesn't detect it why? The PS2 itself has no software support for any USB devices, it only has the port, but actually using it is up to the software you run, whether that be commercial games or homebrew programs (such as we develop her...

When ps2client opens a file, it doesn't 'accept' one type of slash or the other - it just passes it on (relatively) unchanged to the open() call provided by the local system. What are the rules for passing on binaries from PS2SDK ?

I'd like both a general answer and a specific one to some issues raised in the subject line. I'll start with the specific case: uLaunchELF normally uses the current PS2SDK version of usbd.irx for its access to mass: (with a slightly modified usb_mass.irx), while also allowing the loading of external...

Argument diffs for 'Ioctl' in "ioman.h" and "

I am currently modifying the HOST interface for uLaunchELF, and have successfully implemented the new functions of current ps2client and ps2link sources (Remove, Mkdir, Rmdir).
