One of the users asked me about the "Recipe" dialog and Fairkeys.exe. The explanation is as follow: FairKeys.exe and DeDRM.exe are 2 programs that Hotpot needs to decode protected iTunes song. However there will be legal trouble if I integrate them into Hotpot. So you have to download them...

Ok, question from another friend. Sorry for the lack of documentation.

You can/should click on the left icon to see all the customizable options. The wrench icon configures the quota and the desired quality of video, music and photos.

Ok, a friend just wrote me to say that Hotpot runs fine on his machine. He sync'ed his iTunes library yesterday. Let me know if you need things changed, I'll consolidate the feedback and plan the next release in about a week's time.
