The old methods have worked before for Windows 7 32-bits. What I'm interested in still are 64-bit drivers. The creator on that website said he has been working on them, but they're still a bit faulty or something.

This program will let you run unsigned drivers on Windows Vista or 7 64 bits without requiring you to disable unsigned driver support everytime you boot up.

64bit version is possible to be made, but as I know, without Microsoft's WHQL certification, it is impossible to distribute a driver under 64bit Windows.And WHQL needs time and money... I would buy a 64bit driver at once. Why does the driver need to be whql certified? Nvidia distributes their beta ...

I have been following this thread for some time now in the hopes of seeing a SixAxis or DS3 64 bit drivers.
