Problem solved,, putting the info of libps2.pc on /etc/pkgconfig

I had the same problem, but after i changed the configu.sub and started the config scrip, i doesnt fin the libspe2 (i've installed a version over 2.2.0) checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes checking for LIBSPE2... configure: erro...
