at that point one would use ccrypt... or the rijndael standard. Rijndael is a well documented cipher and a lot of comanies make thier own products using AES and a lot of students use it for thier nifty school projects. Im not sure this particular tool/implementation is very useful/compatible at all.

I feel proc:// is dev related since proc is, in my opionion, one of the best ways to get the psp to run code.

According to Sony developer relations, the consumer version of the PSP physically can’t process unencrypted code due to mandatory hardware AES decryption. h.264 does wonders at 11mbs... i wouldnt be surprised if sony had cameras and h.264 video conferencing by this time next year. ;)

It sounds like the webbrowser indeed is in the firmware already... I don't think that it is in the firmware yet, because there are different user-agent stings from the US and JPN version of the game. Im not saying you are right or wrong... but the firmware is different between jp and na hardware as...
