Hi I have a really annoying problem where pops works flawlessly on 5.50gen cfws but the latest version of 6.20hen, 6.20cfw, and 6.35cfw show the first precaution screen then stay on a blank screen.
I have tried every trivial combination of things such as regions, latest version of keycleaner, checked plugins, checked the eboot.
I have downgraded and upgraded to re confirm that all my ps1 games work on 5.50 but not on 6xx.
My issue seems to be a rare one indeed and I think there may be some extra check in 6xx pops which possible checks a certain key (not known to keycleaner) If this is the case then I could probably solve it by messing with that key or patching pops.
I have never debugged on the psp before so I may need some help with that but perhaps another thing I could try would be to use pops loader. popsloader has indeed been updated for 5.50gen. Was the source code released or is there a handy patch it up tool around? BTW what is it that has to change because I thought the cfws all had good nid resolvers? |
