Hi,

For me yes because i don't own a mac so there is no way for me to test it. I have windows and linux boxes, used to have also open solaris boxes but no mac.

From what i can see from the patches for the mac i can add them to my build scripts but there is no guarantee they will work.

To make things worse MACOSX is not open source so i could download a install iso and run it on a vm...

Yes you could but it is not that easy since i never used a mac before, in order to do that i need to have lots of assumptions such as, there is a bash shell that works with my scripts, there are a couple of libs in the system mpfr, gmp, zlib, sdl, iconv, readline, and the development files are also available...

I read that you can have those installed trough the macports, but i've no idea what that is either :)

I will write a small bash script and if you can just run it and give me the output, it might be a good start for me to get it also building on the mac.

Can you PM me with your email?
